Hi and welcome to all of you who have stumbled by my blog. It has been a while in the making. Well not really, it has been almost a year now that I have been procrastinating about creating a blog, so finally after putting alot of thought into the name of the blog we begin. (I stink at creating nicknames, I always use my name when I create an account. APR is just a careful selection of letters within my name.)
So before you change the blog let me tell you a bit about what it will be about. Basically it will have to do with videos and primarily videos shot with Canon DSLR. I know there are hundreds upon hundreds of blogs and forums but more than anything I would just like to share my journey with all of those who are interested. I know I am not the most knowledgable person around but I have been learing alot about using these cameras over the past year.
My name is Andrew Prochuk, I am 27 years old, married and a father of an incredibly beautiful baby boy!

I am currently living in Argentina but I grew up in Sydney Australia. I am co founder of a small production company in Buenos Aires, Argentina called Pixel Produxiones. At the moment we are mainly focused on shooting weddings but we are doing a bit of everything. In 2008 I graduated from a Film School in Buenos Aires and tried every which way to get into the industry, Thanks be to the DSLR revolution that allows us to shoot amazing quality video at such a low starting point.
So this is how we begin. Feel free to tag along and share your thoughts as well.
